We often learn best from our most epic failures... but it's even better when we can learn from the failures of others. Those who do not know history are doomed to repeat it.
_______________
The year was 1184 B.C.
The Greeks had, by all appearances, retreated to the sea, leaving only one thing behind at the gates of Troy... a large, wooden horse.
The Trojans rejoiced after a long & bloody war, finally victorious. The Greeks had even left them a peace offering, a symbol of their victory. You probably know the story. The Trojans brought the horse within their gates, the Greeks were hiding in the horse, broke out, opened the gates, and the Trojans lost, badly.
The Trojan Horse is now a symbol for getting tricked, for defeat, for being naive.
A little bit of assessment would have gone a long way for the Trojans.
The same goes for business.
The competition is fierce. The game of business is tough.
Those who have a higher level of awareness are the ones who win, they're the ones who last. They know the game, they know their competition, & they know themselves.
When the Internet came into mainstream, those who anticipated the change and adapted (think Amazon, Yahoo, Google), were the big winners. Why? AWARENESS.
When the DOT.COM bubble burst, those who anticipated it and adapted outlasted the recession that followed. Same for the Real Estate collapse. Awareness was key.
Markets fluctuate, customer expectations shift, competition innovates... there are constant threats to success. No doom & gloom, just a stiff bit of reality.
And the reality is that AWARENESS gives a huge advantage to long-term success in business.
That's why we created the Ninja Level Assessment.
This assessment can make all the difference because it RAISES AWARENESS. That gives you a huge advantage in optimizing your cash flow. We focus on factors which influence cash flow because that's the #1 reason businesses struggle, and many even have to close their doors.
Our Ninja-Level Assessment identifies sticking points affecting the 3 major areas influencing cash flow:
- Customer Acquisition - Getting more customers
- Customer Retention - Keeping your customers longer to increase repeat business.
- Profit Margins - Making more money per customer
The Assessment includes over 60 points of analysis to quickly identify exactly where you can optimize in one or more of these areas. That lets you know precisely what to do next to get more customers, keep them longer, & improve profits.
Who are we to do all of that?
We are Dustin & Brooke McElreath, founders of EntreNinja. We've worked with over 100 entrepreneurs in multiple fields to generate millions of dollars in sales. We have started multiple businesses, a non-profit, & hold 6 college degrees between us and we've worked for years in education, business, & high-level leadership. This blend of experience gives us an advantage when it comes to helping other entrepreneurs.
And we're both passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed. It's really not so much about the income for us anymore. It's nice, of course. But we get even MORE excited about seeing others achieve their dreams. THAT'S what keeps us motivated.
And that's why we created the Assessment. It gets to the heart of what you need to gain an advantage in your business. This cuts through all the trial & error and GREATLY speeds up the growth process.
We've worked with entrepreneurs to double or even triple their revenues in under a year. And that all begins with the Assessment.
The process is simple:
- Get the Assessment. (link below)
- Take the Assessment. (takes about 20-30 min)
- Gain Ninja-Level Awareness in our Diagnostic Session. (45 min. call to review your results & get custom recommendations for your business)
HOW MUCH IS IT?
How much should it be? What would it be worth to analyze over 60 potential sticking points in your business and get fast solutions? To unlock exponential growth in your business? To increase profit margins, get more customers, increase the lifetime value of those customers? Those are the benefits that this Assessment unlocks.
Total transparency here, it should cost hundreds, at least. This level of assessment & analysis can even cost thousands. We value it at $1,500. But you can get it for LESS THAN $100.
The PRICE? $95.
IS IT WORTH IT?
In short. Absolutely.
If we can optimize just 3 or 4 out of the 60 sticking points, that can easily be worth hundreds, even thousands of dollars over just the next few months of business. Increasing profit margins by just a few percent adds up fast.
$95 is a steal.
And this includes a FREE 45 minute Diagnostic Session where we give our best recommendations for how to optimize any sticking points the Assessment identifies. And that is after our full Assessment analysis.
Why would we do all that for just $95?
Here it is. I'll peal back the curtain here and reveal the big secret.
The reality is that we'll LOSE money on most Assessments.
And that's completely fine.
We provide this service because it's what entrepreneurs need and we keep the price low so the risk is small. And assessment is where we HAVE to begin to help entrepreneurs effectively.
What do I mean?
There are TONS of services & consultants out there. There are courses & coaches & premium communities... so many options. I've spent a LOT of time & money on them.
Some of that time & money was very well spent... MOST of it was wasted.
The issue is simple. Coaches & course creators make a LOT more money when they simplify & streamline. More money is more appealing than less money. Of course. So 99% of them (made up stat by me, I don't know the real number, but it feels like the vast majority) do just that - they simply & streamline which means automating as much as possible, which throws customization out the window.... or at least restricts it severely.
What does this mean for their clients?
Lack of customization means that much of what is offered may or may not apply, which leaves clients sifting through information or group coaching sessions or going through programs which may very well be FULL of great info, but most of it either doesn't apply or there's so much content that no one has the time to get through it. This is a big reason why 90%+ (actual stat) of courses never get finished.
CUSTOM ASSESSMENT MATTERS
Unlike most everything else out there, we do custom assessment before we offer any other services.
Why is this important?
Because you don't need EVERYTHING all at once.
Most entrepreneurs have most things mostly under control... most of the time. Though it might not feel like it sometimes, you likely only need guidance in a few areas. The Assessment pinpoints which areas.
Trying to go through a generic program designed for the average business to address common problems is mostly a waste of time & money. That approach lacks focus. It is highly likely that you need help in just a few specific, targeted areas. Maybe just 3-5 things. Unlocking just a few sticking points can make a spectacular difference in your business. While trying to tackle everything (most of which doesn't need help), is just overwhelming & a waste of valuable time.
Getting laser focused on exactly where the problem lies allows you to save a LOT of time, money, & frustration. And you're able to get to solutions MUCH faster!
It's just like when I had an issue with my A/C. It was early summer in Florida with highs in the low 90's. I tried for all of 1 day to fix it myself before I called for help. The solution was simply a clogged drainage pipe which the repair man took 5 minutes & a shop vac to clear. $300 later my A/C was pouring out that sweet, cold air & I was perfectly happy to pay it.
$300 might seem like a lot to pay a guy for 5 minutes & the use of his shop vac. But that's not why I paid him. I paid him because he knew with laser precision what the problem was and I was grateful it took only 5 minutes to fix.
I paid him for his assessment. His knowledge. His expertise in knowing what to fix and how to fix it.
And he knew what to do because he came to my home and looked at my unit. He provided a custom assessment tailored to my needs. If he had walked me through all the possibilities for me to check myself, we both would have wasted a lot of time.
That's what this Assessment does. It gets to the heart of the problem fast so we can solve it fast. That's the special sauce.
So yes, it's worth it because custom makes all the difference. Focus matters.
If you get how amazing this could be for your business and you're ready to identify the specific sticking points that could be holding you back, get your custom Assessment below. Again, the process is simple - you take the Assessment, find out what we discover in the Diagnostic Session, & gain massive awareness which gives you a ninja-level advantage in your business.
And that all translates into more customers, better retention, & higher profits.
Like I said before, we've worked with entrepreneurs to double or even triple their profits within 6-12 months! That is a LOT more customers, better retention, & better margins. That sort of increase is life-changing! And it always begins with assessment.
Again, for just $95 you get the following:

This is an absolute no-brainer.
Get your business assessed and gain a ninja-level awareness for pennies on the dollar.
⬆⬆⬆ GET YOUR ASSESSMENT ⬆⬆⬆
Getting this level of analysis for less than $100 is unheard of...so why would we do it.
Like I said before, we actually lose money on most assessments.
It doesn't sound like a sound business strategy to offer a service that you lose money on, does it?
Let me peal back the veil to reveal the big secret.
Did you know that Apple loses money on its repair service, AppleCare? They do it for rapport & good will, and probably to boost retention. We lose money on this Assessment to demonstrate what we can do and some of you who take the Assessment will want to partner with us to help you fix your business.
There it is. Our full motive! Not too many companies let you see all their cards, but there they are. We are definitely passionate about helping entrepreneurs win. But yes, we also want to make money (it's okay to admit that) and we don't do so with this assessment. And that is perfectly fine.
We have 3 types of entrepreneurs who take this Assessment:
- Those who JUST want to assess their business, then fix it themselves.
- Those who want to assess, and then choose to partner with us.
- Those who want to assess, and then get a referral elsewhere.
All 3 groups have two big things in common - 1) They ALL gain ninja-level awareness & 2) they all receive a clear path to solve their problems.
The first group may just need some awareness and once we identify the problems, they already know how to fix them. GREAT! We're happy to help. And if you fall into this group, you'll get ZERO pressure from us. What would be the point of that? We have no desire to pressure someone to partner who does not want or need it.
The second group partners with us to help solve the problems. We provide custom (there's that word again) consulting solutions to solve every single one of the over 60 sticking points we identify. These services focus on getting entrepreneurs to the next step in their business. Simply unlocking a few key sticking points is often all that is needed. So we target those, move quickly, & get results for our partners. Once we've made those optimizations, we provide ongoing market analysis to protect our business partners into the future, giving them the ability to anticipate & adapt to market changes & threats as they grow.
The third group may need some form of help that we do not provide. We have partnered with other high-quality service companies which can meet many of those needs. If we do not have an existing partner who can help, we will find another good option in the market to meet your needs.
We are here to get you the help you need. Whether we partner to fix any issues, refer you to someone else, or you fix the problems yourself, our goal is your success.
And that all begins with the Ninja Level Assessment.
So... what is actually IN the Assessment?
Great question.
We evaluate 5 major areas. As you'll see below, each of these areas affect your business in various ways. Here they are.
- Clarity
- Capacity
- Culture
- Conversions
- Cash Flow
Let's dive in...
AREA 1 | CLARITY
It all begins with Clarity.
Without clarity, you cannot possibly know what to do, how to do it, what's broken, what to fix, etc.
There are multiple areas that you absolutely MUST have clarity on in business. Four of the most essential include Vision, Strategy, Market, & Messaging. Put simply, this is knowing where you are going (vision), how to get there (strategy), whom you're serving (market), & how to communicate to them (messaging).
Many entrepreneurs lack clarity in at least one of these core areas, and it often grinds business to a halt.
Some business owners don't really see the value in establishing a vision statement, or a strategic plan, it all seems so formal and unnecessary. And it might be, at the beginning. You can go into business, put your product or service into the market, and even start making real money, all without any formal planning. But the best, most successful entrepreneurs definitely DO have a clear plan, even if it's in their minds.
Why does this matter? FOCUS.
A lack of vision cripples our ability to focus on what matters and to discard or ignore what doesn't. Distractions are abundant. There are hundreds of tools, resources, courses, products, & services all vying for your attention. Each one promises something great.
What do you pay attention to? What should you ignore? Where you are in your business matters. Your specific situation will determine what you need to do NEXT to move things forward. EVERYTHING else is just distraction. What could be great in a year could absolutely destroy your business today. Vision & strategy helps us stay on track and keeps us heading in the right direction.
AREA 2 | CAPACITY
Capacity deals with mindset, knowledge, abilities, & resources, among other things. These are caps that can hold business owners back, and the biggest thing that I've seen after working with over 100 entrepreneurs is mindset. More specifically, confidence. They don't believe they can do something, so they simply don't try. I've worked with very capable people who didn't see their own abilities and they held themselves back from greatness, until we got a breakthrough in their mindset. Then I watched them soar. That's one of the best feelings in the world to help an entrepreneur I've invested in, that I care about, get unstuck and begin to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
The other areas of capacity are more straightforward. Do you have the knowledge, abilities, or resources to carry out your vision? It's a simple yes or no. It can, however, be tough finding the right information, knowing exactly which abilities to prioritize, or developing the resources or resourcefulness to increase the limits of your business capacity. I guide my entrepreneurs through that process of developing a limitless capacity.
Once you understand the process, you can grow in any area. It can come either through self-development or outsourcing. Both can be fine options, it just depends on your situation.
AREA 3 | CULTURE
Next we have Culture. Culture is the glue that can make or break your business long term. This includes your leadership, your people, your organizational structure, & your communication with your employees & clients. If you get these areas right, you can leverage the best you & your people have to offer to create something far more than you possibly could alone.
Even if you don't have a team yet, your leadership & communication towards your clients can make or break your business. I've seen business cultures where the business owner ruled with an iron grip and everyone scurried around like fearful mice, afraid of the big cat. And I've seen cultures where the leader invested in his people, worked along side of them, and fostered a team mentality where everyone on the team was invested in the overall success of the organization. The team culture is far more effective. If everyone is only trying to please the boss, the organization is bottle necked at his or her ideas, initiative, skills, etc. Everyone else's abilities are consumed on making the boss happy.
But when the team focuses on the overarching vision and everyone is invested in making that a reality, they each go to work to make that happen. That is a far more effective use of human capital, and employees feel more safe in their job, more invested in their work, and overall happier in the results. Definitely the better way to lead. The Assessment helps to measure this.
AREA 4 | CONVERSIONS
The next major area where entrepreneurs get stuck is in their Conversions. This is a BIG one. This area deals with marketing, sales, fulfillment, customer service, & more. Everything from making people aware of your product or service to getting customers to buy to making them advocates for your company and generating referrals.
If you're not generating revenues, not getting clients, or struggling to even find good leads, the problem is likely your conversion process. Almost ALL entrepreneurs struggle here, and for good reason. So if this is you, you are not alone.
As an entrepreneur, you likely specialize in your field of business. Hopefully you're pretty good at what you do, at least good enough that people want to pay you for it. But unless your field IS marketing or sales, you've likely found that getting eyes on your product or service is quite a bit different than having a great product or service.
That's one of the reasons I do what I do. I help entrepreneurs get their value out into the world by showing them how to get people to pay attention. If you're good at something and have some value to add to others, I want them to see it. I want you to succeed. Our assessment process evaluates exactly where your conversion process might be breaking down so we can fix it and get your business moving.
On average, our entrepreneurs have more than doubled the size of their businesses within just a few months of working with us. Much of this success comes down to optimizing the conversion process. The Assessment will show us how.
AREA 5 | CASH FLOW
Now let's cover the final area - Cash Flow. This is a big one for those actually generating revenues, but not able to build a substantial profit. With 82% of businesses closing over money, this area can hardly be overemphasized.
The key principle here is this: It doesn't matter how much you bring in, it only matters how much you KEEP. Profit FIRST. It comes down to margins. I would much rather operate a $100k business with 90% profit margins than a $1 million dollar business with 9% profit margins. That is far less headache for the exact same payoff of $90k/yr.
I get it. It FEELS more successful owning a MILLION-DOLLAR BUSINESS. It's fun to say, right?
But it's not nearly as fun to run or to keep afloat when things go poorly, the economy turns, and the creditors come calling. I'll pass.
Don't get me wrong. I'm happy to run a $1 million dollar business with 50+% profit margins. That's worth it. But it's the profit that matters, not the revenues. And yes, I know that no profit can be had without revenues. Absolutely, of course. That's why we optimize the conversion process. But cash flow - your margins, assets, & liabilities - these determine how much money you take to the bank, how much you can actually pay yourself. That matters. A lot! Just ask your spouse.
Part of our assessment process dives into COGS (Cost of goods/services sold), margins, and attempts to identify ways to improve your cash flow so that you can keep more of the money you're bringing in.
What's the NEXT step?
Assess your business & get a ninja-level advantage.
